What medications does Bee Well offer?
Bee Well offers compounded semaglutide (GLP-1) and compounded tirzepatide (GLP-1 + GIP), prescribed when medically appropriate. Both are once-weekly injections used as part of physician-guided weight care.
How do I know which medication is right for me?
Not sure which option is right for you? After checkout, you'll complete a private health questionnaire. A licensed clinician reviews your health history, medications, goals, and any past experience with GLP-1 therapy so your care can be tailored to you.
Where does my medication come from?
We believe you should know who may be involved in filling your prescription. Your compounded medication is prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Our pharmacy network also includes partners that may support dispensing and fulfillment, depending on your prescription and where you live.
Our current pharmacy network includes DrugStore on East State, DiRx Health, Curexa, Mycelium, ChemistryRx, Brooksville Rx, Epiq Scripts, Foothills, Southend, and Wells Pharmacy Network.
We take the pharmacy hunt off your plate. Your prescription is routed within our network based on your medication, your location, and availability. Your medication is shipped directly to your door in temperature-appropriate packaging with tracking, and you'll know which pharmacy filled your prescription.
How much does it cost and does insurance cover it?
Pricing starts at $149 per month and includes your medication, clinician care, and shipping. Multi-month options are available with additional savings. Bee Well does not bill insurance, so there are no claims, denials or surprise bills.
Do I need labs or an in-person visit?
Most people start entirely online. Your clinician will request labs when they are clinically useful for your care, and will tell you clearly if an in-person visit is the safer choice for you.
What about side effects?
Nausea, fullness, constipation or mild fatigue are the most common, especially in the first weeks or after a dose increase. Starting low and increasing slowly can help reduce them, and your clinician adjusts your plan rather than leaving you to push through.
What happens if I'm not approved?
If your clinician determines that treatment isn't medically appropriate for you, you'll be refunded and your clinician will tell you plainly why. Honest answers are part of the care.
Can I switch to Bee Well if I'm already taking a GLP-1 medication?
Yes. If you're already taking a GLP-1 medication, you can transfer your care to Bee Well. Tell us about your current medication and dose in your health questionnaire. Your clinician will review your information and determine the appropriate treatment plan for you.
How long will I need to take GLP-1 medication?
There isn't one timeline that's right for everyone. Some people use GLP-1 medication for a shorter period, while others may benefit from longer-term treatment. Your clinician will work with you over time to decide what makes sense based on your progress, health and goals.
What happens when I reach my goal?
Reaching your goal doesn't mean your care suddenly stops. Your clinician will work with you to determine what comes next, whether that means continuing treatment, adjusting your medication or considering other options. And Bee Well will still be here with resources and support for what comes next.
